1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, the income estimator, the application form, the contact form, or any other tool published at spiciz.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
Spiciz is a private OnlyFans management agency and marketing company. The website is the public-facing interface to:
- The AI Income Estimator — an automated, AI-generated estimation of potential monthly earnings on a personal membership platform, sent privately to your email.
- The Application Form — a confidential intake for creators interested in working with Spiciz under a management arrangement.
- The Contact Form — a general inquiry channel for press, partners, and prospective clients.
- Informational pages — services, pricing, case studies, FAQ, etc.
3. AI estimates are not guarantees
The AI Income Estimator produces an estimate based on visual analysis of the photos you upload. It is:
- Not a forecast, projection, guarantee, quote, financial advice, or representation of future earnings.
- Not a substitute for professional advice (financial, legal, tax, or otherwise).
- Based on a vision-language AI model whose outputs can be inconsistent, mistaken, or biased.
Real-world earnings depend on many factors well outside the model's visibility — consistency, marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, market trends, platform policies, and personal effort. Past performance of similar creators is not indicative of your own future results. The estimator output is intended for entertainment and orientation only. Do not rely on it for financial decisions.
4. 18+ only
This website and all of its tools are intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18, that any photos you upload are of yourself, and that you are legally entitled to share them. If you are under 18, you must not use this site.
5. Your responsibilities
When using the service you agree to:
- Provide accurate information (a real, working email address; honest answers on the application form);
- Use the service for your own legitimate, non-fraudulent purpose;
- Not submit content on behalf of anyone else without their explicit consent;
- Not abuse the service through automated tools, scraping, repeated throwaway submissions, or any attempt to overwhelm the AI estimator or storage systems.
6. Content you upload
You retain all rights to the photos and information you upload. By submitting content to Spiciz, you grant us a limited licence to:
- Process your photos through our AI vendor for the purpose of generating your estimate;
- Store the photos, your application, and the resulting AI report in our private, access-controlled storage for internal review under NDA;
- Reference your content in confidential communications with you about the service.
This licence ends when you request deletion (see Privacy Policy §4). We never use your content in public marketing, on social media, or to train external AI models without separate, explicit, written consent.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the service to upload, submit, or transmit:
- Content depicting minors in any context;
- Content that violates intellectual-property rights you do not hold;
- Content depicting non-consenting parties;
- Malware, scripts, or any content intended to harm the service or its users;
- Spam, threats, harassment, or unlawful content of any kind.
We reserve the right to refuse, delete, and report any submission that violates this section, and to terminate your access to the service.
8. Management engagement
Submitting an application via the apply form is not a contract for services. A formal management engagement requires a separate, signed agreement that defines scope, pricing, deliverables, exclusivity, and dispute resolution. The pricing shown on the public pricing page is indicative and subject to change before a signed engagement begins.
9. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Without limitation, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all attacks, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spiciz, its owners, employees, contractors, and vendors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will our total aggregate liability exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100.00) or the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spiciz from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the service in violation of these terms; (b) your violation of any third-party rights; or (c) content you submit that infringes any right or violates any law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or applicable law. Upon termination, any sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including §§ 6, 9, 10, 11, 13).
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date below. Material changes will be communicated by email where reasonable. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Spiciz's principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
