When you use the Spiciz website, we collect only what you give us, plus a small amount of technical metadata required to deliver the service securely.
- Information you provide: your name (or chosen handle), email address, country, social-media handles, demo content (photos), text fields you fill in (descriptions, niches, message), and your responses to the income-estimator form.
- Technical metadata: IP address, browser user-agent, and submission timestamp — used to prevent abuse and to debug delivery problems.
- No third-party tracking pixels. We do not embed Meta, TikTok, or Google ad pixels on this site.
2. How we use it
We use the information you submit for these specific purposes — nothing else.
- To generate your AI income report (Income Estimator) — your photos are sent to an AI vision model that returns an estimate, which we then email to you.
- To respond to your application or contact request — a human reviewer reads your application and replies under NDA.
- To send transactional email via our email provider (e.g., the estimator report; the contact-form auto-reply; messages from a human team member).
- For internal review — a private dashboard accessible only to authorised Spiciz personnel.
We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, repost your photos publicly, or use it to train external AI models.
4. How long we keep it
Photos, applications, and AI reports are retained in private storage for as long as is reasonably necessary to:
- Reply to you and continue the conversation if you applied for management;
- Maintain a record of services rendered (for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance);
- Defend against legal claims if necessary.
You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address you used to submit. We will confirm and act on the request within 14 business days, retaining only what we are legally required to keep.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights including:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you;
- Correction — ask us to fix anything inaccurate;
- Deletion — ask us to remove your data (subject to legal-retention exceptions);
- Restriction or objection — ask us to limit how we process your data;
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.

6. Security
We protect your information with industry-standard measures:
- HTTPS for every page and API request;
- Private object storage (no public CDN exposure of photos or reports);
- Authentication required for internal review tools;

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will contact you and any relevant authority as required by law.
8. Age requirement
Spiciz services are for adults aged 18 or older only. All forms include an explicit 18+ confirmation. If you are under 18, do not use this site or submit any content. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has submitted content, contact us immediately and we will delete the records.

10. Changes to this policy
